Bob Westcott joined Woodland Park Baptist Church
in 1982 and has been a part of the General Council
of Elders since its inception serving as an Elder
at Large. He and his wife, Charity, came to Chattanooga
to minister to youth and taught school for the
first few years to support their ministry, using
a converted barn as their headquarters for teaching
students Bible and other related classes. Bob
has a long history of ministry including mission
consulting, evangelism, preaching/teaching, counseling,
curriculum development, and teacher and lay leadership
training. He and Charity have 5 children and 7
grandchildren.
