Wednesday
Morning Bible Studies (9:30-11:30 AM)
Ladies' Wednesday morning Bible studies will
resume on
Wednesday, August 27.
Believing
God (Beth Moore)
This class is geared toward moms with special
needs children. You may have believed in God
for years, but do you really know and Believe
God? This study will focus on Abraham and
others mentioned in Hebrews 11 who believed
God and walked their journey with faith. Today,
we see God so little in our lives because we
believe Him for so little. In this study, you will learn
how to recognize and appreciate God's interventions
and revelations in your life!
MEMs
- Moms Encouraging Moms
Moms Encouraging Moms (MEMs) is a weekly Bible
study for mothers. MEMs is a ministry that
allows older women in our church to encourage
and minister to younger mothers. This is done
through the study of God’s Word, prayer groups,
and by example. MEMs offers play dates, mom’s
nights out, and guest speakers as well as other
activities. This year we will inductively study
The Covenant. Kristen Hammel will lead this
inductive study that will remind us that God
always keeps His promises.
Revelation
III
The book of Revelation is the revelation of
Jesus Christ and is the only book in the Bible
that promises a blessing to those who read,
hear, and obey this prophecy. Our course goal
will be to understand the One who holds the
future and causes us to practice righteousness.
This class is led by Sarah Beasley.
Ephesians
(Precept)
Before Paul even hints at how believers should
live, he lays a rock-solid foundation: who
we are in Christ! If you think you're just
a cog in a machine, if you don't know your
true identity, then this study is for you.
Praise God for what He planned in eternity
past and is waiting to reveal to you now .
. . through the study of His Word. Learn who
and what you are in Christ, and you will want
to walk in God's ways for the rest of your
life!
Following
God - Women of the Bible 1
Have you ever thought about what it truly means
to be God’s woman? Using the Following God
series, we will study the lives of twelve women
of the Bible and learn how God has called each
one of us to play a significant role in society,
in the home, and in the church. The class will
consist of both large group teaching and small
group discussion/prayer. Homework time commitment
will be about one hour each week.
John,
Part 1 (Precept)
How does what Jesus says about Who He is affect
your life? What does He mean when He says He’s
the good shepherd or the living bread? Know
Him more intimately as you study John 1-11
in the John Part 1 Precept Upon Precept course.
Please bring colored pencils or pens to class
on August 27 as we begin our study together.
